Chapter I
Licence verification, not licence citation.
Every operator we cover must hold an active licence issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), or the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. We do not accept licences issued by jurisdictions classified as "high-risk" by the European Banking Authority, and we do not accept operators that hold only a sub-licence from a master licence holder. We verify the licence number directly with the regulator's public register before publication, and we re-verify it every six months.

Chapter II
The 0% pay-to-rank policy, in plain English.
An operator cannot pay to be ranked higher. It cannot pay to have its review published faster. It cannot pay for a more prominent position in a comparison table. Operators are placed where the editorial team believes they belong — full stop. This policy has been disclosed in the footer of every review on the site since 2019, and was independently audited by eCOGRA in 2022. We have never accepted an operator-paid editorial placement in our history.
Chapter III
What happens when an operator fails.
If one of our partner operators is sanctioned by a regulator, has its licence suspended, or is the subject of a published enforcement action, we remove the relevant review from public view within 24 hours and publish a regulatory update on the Integrity Tracker. We do not retain removed reviews as "archived" pages that continue to rank in search engines — the page is taken down, with a 410 Gone header, so that no new visitor can land on it. This is our standard, and it is not negotiable with operators.
